How to Use the PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil:

Define: 1. Follow the natural contours of your lips by lining them with the PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil in a nude or coordinating shade. 2. For subtle volume, line just outside your natural lip line. 3. To avoid obvious demarcation when using saturated colors, diffuse the edges with a lip brush.

Sculpt: 1. Use a freshly sharpened PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil to outline your desired lip shape. 2. Fill in the outlined shape with the pencil and blend the edges with a lip brush. 3. For a sculpted look, fill in the sides of the lips to create the illusion of fullness in the center.

Color: 1. After exfoliating the lips, fill in the entire top and bottom lip with the PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil. 2. Diffuse the color with a lip brush.
